A credit card or other payment method is needed to guarantee the appointment at the time of scheduling.
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged in FULL for the appointment. Payment is due before your next appointment.
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time for your appointment.
Spa treatment is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived. Proof of excuse may be required.
- Sense of Joy Spa is not responsible for loss of gift certificate and will not re-issue / replace the lost gift certificate nor reverse the payment.
- Gift certificate is not transferable. An ID may be requested for verification purpose before receiving the service.
- Gift certificate has no cash value. There is no cash back if a lesser value service is preferred.
- $50.00 charge for a return payment.
- In some cases, full payment is collected in advance.
- Price subject to change without notice.
- All sales are final.
